This policy explains what data CMTeam (CMTeam Consulting LLC, Miami, Florida, USA) collects on cmteam.us, how we use it and what your rights are. It applies to athletes and visitors from the United States, Brazil and anywhere else.

1. What we collect

• Website forms (e-book, contact): name, email and, if you provide them, phone number and message. We also record whether you agreed to receive CMTeam emails.
• Athlete registration (cadastro.cmteam.us), only for people who will train with us: personal details, emergency contact, sports history and health information you provide so your training can be prescribed safely.
• Visit statistics: we use GoatCounter, which counts page views and clicks in aggregate, with no cookies and without identifying you.

2. How we use it

• To send you the e-book and reply to your message.
• To build and follow your training, if you are a CMTeam athlete.
• To send emails with articles, content and news, only if you agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which pages are most useful and improve the site.

We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. There are no automated replies or bots talking to you: a person on our team reads your messages.

3. Who processes the data

We use a few services to run the site. They only process data to provide their service to CMTeam:

• Netlify: website hosting.
• Web3Forms: delivers form messages by email.
• GoatCounter: visit statistics, no cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to talk to us there.
• Google Fonts and Behold (Instagram showcase): load fonts and public posts; they receive technical browser data such as your IP address.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose: e-book and contact data until you ask to be removed; athlete data while you train with CMTeam and for any period required by law afterwards.

5. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, give you access, correct it, delete it, send you a copy or stop emails. Just write to info@cmteam.us or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within 15 days.

6. Security

The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Athletes’ technical materials only open through individual, time-limited links. Still, no system is 100% secure; if anything happens to your data, we will let you know.
